HGM Ingénierie, avec ses partenaires Artelia [Mandataire] et Lombardi, est attributaire d’un accord-cadre sur la période 2020 – 2024 visant à :
· L’aménagement de voies olympiques sur des tronçons du boulevard périphérique, sur le quai de Bercy et leur transformation en voie réservées aux véhicules partagés, connectés et/ou propres après les JO ;
· L’aménagement d’un réseau de voies olympiques dans Paris intramuros, notamment entre la porte Maillot et les sites de la zone « Paris Centre » ;
· L’aménagement d’une voie réservée aux véhicules partagés, connectés et/ou propres sur le périphérique Sud entre la porte de Bercy et la porte de Versailles.
Dans ce cadre, HGM Ingénierie intervient en tant que pilote des études des équipements et porte en propre les thématiques suivantes :
· Vidéoprotection ;
· Réseau de communication ;
· Système de contrôle de l’usage des voies réservées (vidéoverbalisation assistée par ordinateur).
Outre les délais, les enjeux de la mission sont d’accompagner le Maitre d’Ouvrage dans la définition d’un aménagement répondant aux objectifs de sécurité et de fluidité dans le cadre des Jeux Olympiques 2024 mais aussi de permettre un usage futur à ces aménagements (vision héritage des Jeux), dans un contexte réglementaire en cours de stabilisation sur la création de Voies Réservées pour véhicules partagés et/ou propres et en intégrant ces aménagements dans un système informatique devant être intégralement repris. De plus, une forte interface sur les aspects sécurité est portée avec la Préfecture de Police, qui aura l’usage des caméras.
