Le projet consiste à créer une section d’autoroute de 88,5 kms (future A79) en requalifiant l’ancienne RN79 et en créant 5 kms de nouveau tracé (dont 3 viaducs)
Cette section d’autoroute sera la première à être équipée à cette échelle d’un système de péage « flux libre » (Identification des véhicules par badge et lecture de plaque). Le système flux libre est composé de 6 portiques équipés de capteurs et des bornes de paiement à pied sur les aires de service.
Le périmètre des travaux intègre l’intégralité des équipements de sécurité et d’exploitation ainsi que leur utilités : locaux techniques, distribution électrique (5 arrivée HT, 6 arrivées BT), réseaux de communication (fibre optique, switchs), réseau d’appel d’urgence (sur fibre), PMV, Stations de comptage (3 intrusives et 10 non intrusives), vidéosurveillance, radio d’exploitation (TETRA) et radio 107.7, contrôles d’accès, éclairage public, signalisations dynamiques, portique flux libre, station météo, système de détection des contre-sens, gestion d’occupation de parking Poids Lourds, Gestion Technique Centralisée …
HGM intervient en tant que Maitre d’Oeuvre Travaux intégré au groupement constructeur et prend en charge les missions VISA, DET et AOR de l’intégralité des équipements fixes d’exploitation. Cette mission est réalisée en étroit partenariat avec les constructeurs, la maitrise d’œuvre générale de l’opération et APRR, intervenant en tant que Maitre d’œuvre conception des équipements fixes d’exploitation, le tout avec des enjeux forts de continuité de service sur une section conservée en exploitation.
